It only took less than a month to get me refund first fill out forms then explain what happen wait for letter for payment release and gave choices on how u want it back and then u get your money in a timely manner
My Fitbit Sense was repaired very quickly I was kept up to date on the repairs they did a great job.
I was happy that I was able to get a replacement item. The process was generally easy but Allstate wasn’t great communicating throughout the process.
