It's the first time I've purchased a protection plan. Was very satisfied with the fast response from Allstate and how easy the claim process was.
Easy and quick process. Pleased with the resolution to my problem.
Wonderful service on phone and fixing the computer took 5-7 business days.
I don't always purchase protection plans, but I am very glad I did. I had purchased a recliner a couple of years ago, and after the first year an important part broke. Square Trade quickly sent out a repair tech to fix it. A year later another major failure with a couple of broken springs. They again sent out someone to look at it. I had a massage gun that all of a sudden stopped working, wouldn't charge, etc. All I had to do was fill out a quick form and I got my money refunded; I rebought another and the insurance. Hopefully, I won't need to use insurance again, but it was great having it.
Sent my son's oculus off due to controllers not working. They repaired and cleaned the device and had it back to me in just days. It was a great experience.
