I wasn’t looking forward to filing a report but the steps online were easy to follow. I had to call to speak to representatives a couple of times, one to verify all information they needed was received and a second time for shipping instructions, and each time the representatives were very polite and patient with my questions. They provided a free FedEx shipping label and I had my laptop back in less than two weeks!

Was simple, the people I talked to were amazing, easy to do. Insured replacement item the same way just in case.
If it breaks I either get it fix and they reimburse me within two days. Otherwise refund my purchas price if it can't be fixed. If I had not had the warranty. I would have been out a thousand dollars.
