I was happy with the fast service and replacement with a new phone after mine was ruined by water damage. I was happy with the way my claim was handled. Honestly I like my old phone better A20 samsung galaxy the samsung A03 model has some weird additions that I did not need and can be aggravating options they have added. I wish the new phone had wallpaper options like the old model. This phone is based more on apps, which I am not used to. I am trying to get to know this new phone which is an older model as well. I called and told them my pruner stopped working, they asked when I purchased it and I told them and they told me I would receive a check in five to seven days and it came within three days.
All was great except for one thing. I did not receive my own power adapter back. Everything else was exceptional.
