It wasn’t the easiest due to the photos weren’t the best. But once I found the right light, it finally went through. Customer service was really great.
Had an issue with my cell phone and I texted a claim. There was no problem with getting it resolved in a manner that was w/o question. Very pleased with the purchase of the insurance.
I bought a TV that I was unfamiliar with so I thought it would be a good idea to get the extended warranty despite horror stories about filing claims I've heard in passing. The TV made it 2 months past the manufacturer's warranty and started acting up. When I finally remembered buying the extended warranty I figured I'd be adding to the horror stories. Easy enough, excellent service.
My old phone fell and the screen got cracked. They helped me on getting anew phone. They were kind and friendly.
I purchased an air fryer from Walmart and the insurance. Less than 3 months later the display lights went out. Call the insurance company not knowing any information and they walked me through and made filing my claim a walk in the park.
