Great customer service, he was positive and professional and helped me with all my questions!
I put in a claim the day my washing machine broke and immediately called in to continue the claim. They worked with me to troubleshoot the issue and determined it was probably the control board. They were going to order the part and scheduled for service to come out in a few days. It turned out that the part was not available, so they cancelled the service and informed me that they would reimburse the cost of the washing machine. My printed quit working so I contacted Allstate on line. The information I had to send in was clear, easy to follow instructions. Allstate got back with me in a few days and I was given some options of what I could do. Once I decided the claim was completed quickly. No hassles. Thank you.
The Allstate agent said I needed to find a local repair shop, but I live in a rural area. The only shop Allstate could find within a reasonable distance would not repair an appliance unless it was purchased from them. When I told this to the agent, she immediately processed my claim and I received a check a few days later. Great service.

My item was still under warranty and the manufacturer would not replace the item. Allstate came through after contacting them and reimbursed me for the unit. Thank you!
