Chris Morris of Mr Fixit Home Solutions, was the TV repair technician who came to my home and he was awesome. He was on time, easy to communicate with, thoughtful, was sharp at trouble shooting and knowledgable. He fixed the problem. I was not just relieved and satisfied with having a functioning TV again, I was delighted with the quality of human to had come to do the repair. Put a smile on my face.

I called and talked to the tech and he was unable to fix my tv issue. He had my refund turned in and after I signed the affidavit the very next day I had my funds and I ordered a new tv!
