I had a very positive experience with SquareTrade and my TV repair. After steps were taken on the phone to fix the problem a technician arrived to replace the mother board. After additional errors, my TV was replaced. Along the process, I encountered very fair, knowledgable and patient staff members. I highly recommend SquareTrade if you are thinking about purchasing a protection plan for your electronics.
Out flat screen TV started acting up. We called our extended warranty people and after attempting to reset the TV, concluded that it was indeed fried. Spoke with a friendly service rep that helped me through the claims process and I have been reimbursed for the nonfunctioning TV. Straightforward and quick service. Highly recommend based on my experience.
Squaretrade honors its warranty. unlike some of the warranties where you have to twist yourself into a pretzel to get them to honor a warranty Squaretrade listens and follows through on it promise of a warranty on whatever product you purchase.
