My treadmill died, couldn’t get my claim started. I rec’d a survey and told about my poor experience filing my claim. Xander emailed and fixed everything, I have a new treadmill now!
After almost two years of owning a $2k Samsung 8K TV, it gave out. They tried to troubleshoot the issue and that didn't work. They did offer me a new 4K TV but when I said that I wanted to stick with 8K, they sent me a check and it arrived within a week. All of this happened over Thanksgiving weekend and the following week. I will always purchase a squaretrade warranty for anything new that I buy.
