Placed a claim in regards to an EBike power issue. I described the issues and relayed attempts at resolving the issues myself. I was told to wait for a review and shortly after things were resolved. About three steps in order to complete the process. Very happy with the process and the way in which the issue was diligently resolved.
Very pleased with the servce I received from the Allstate Protection Plan. It was very easy to fill out a claim, the claim was approved within a couple of hours and my new phone arrive in less than 2 days. I went from a broken Samsung Galaxy S10e to a Samsung Galaxy S22! I expected a refurbished phone of the same or similar quality that I had and was very pleased to get a new and updated phone! I would recomment this plan to anyone and everyone! We now have about 6 other items in these plans!! Well worth the money!
