This fridge was the 2nd one with freezer and refrigeration issues. Over freezing and under refrigeration. Had a couple of contacts with Allstate reps! I didn’t have to go through as much as I did with the last refrigerator. I really liked the model, however, not a good brand. So, Allstate followed up quickly and was able to receive a refund for what I initially paid. I was satisfied. Thanks for really listening to me and helping me through this difficult situation.

My 43 inch 1.5 year old 4K Tv screen went black. Purchased the Allstate extended warranty through Walmart for 3 years at original purchase. Kept my receipt went online registered my TV the day it broke (Tuesday). Made the claim online, got a message to call them. Answered a few questions, did one test they asked me to do and told me I was approved. Sent me a link, picked out a new TV which was the same one. Was warned it could be different but wasn't.
