I typically do not buy insurance plans for most purchases...but, did so for a laptop - understanding that it is portable & that I would be carrying/moving it quite a bit. The person I spoke with today was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He said I would receive an email today or tomorrow with the shipping information. I dropped and broke the screen on my phone.. I contacted Allstate protections to find out who and where I should go. They referred me to 2 places and I picked iResQ. After ordering the part, repairs were completed within 24 hours.
Process ended with a refund, however the process took way too long and too many emails and phone calls to get it moving forward.
Allstate resolved my issue quickly and with no hassle.
