The customer service was excellent & seamless from filing the claim to the resolution. We were informed every step of the way & receiving updates on the status of claim. Resolution done quickly, they were unable to find a replacement for item insured, we were given 2 options. Receive a gift card for store we purchased item or receive a check. This was all done timely & gift card received as promised.

The process started out very slow but once we were able to speak to a human, it was resolved very quickly.
Very easy went to the website filled out the information and a check was in the mail within six days
They kept me to date with what their plans were and explained the process the hole time. No problems at all.
