I sent in a tablet to be repaired. And due to the fact my only way of receiving the status of my claim was through my email. Well I wasn't informed that my tablet was fixed. And because of my tablet been sent without me knowing. In the apartments I leave in my tablet was stolen from outside my door due to the fact FedEx didn't have me to sign for the package, but instead of not helping me. I bought the insurance for a watch. After a year, the blue tooth failed to connect. I contacted Allstate and they, after a few questions, sent me a refund.

My dogs ate my cell phone!! I wanted to replace it, but didn't have enough to do so. I called Consumer Cellular about getting a phone on a payment plan and they said I wouldn't be eligible until March. It was then that they noticed that I had the protection plan, which I had forgotten all about. It turned out that for a $25 deductible, I could get me phone replaced. I am very happy that I got the phone protection plan!
