The whole process went smoothly
Everything went great very happy
At the end of the day all worked out and was accomplished. Main issue was communication. Between online chat, emails and calls I feel it was a lot to do on my end to make sure I understood what was happening. I feel one maybe two calls at most is enough to get all this done. I had about 3-4 chats, 2-3 emails and 3-4 calls. That’s a lot.
They checked the tv, tried to repair first, then sent check once they determined not able to repair. Excellent

I was able to easily and quickly submit my claim. It was processed very quickly without question, and I received my replacement within a couple of days.
My GE opal icemaker started making a screaming noise, and I contacted the Allstate warranty company, and initially they asked me to see about having them appliance repaired, and there was no one in my city that repairs the ice maker. Allstate then sent me a check for the amount of the Original purchase and I was able to purchase a new updated icemaker, so I am extremely happy. :-)
