Allstate Protection Plan is great, we have never before used it as we either are able to fix most things or take the knocks when anything breaks. Foe some reason we tried it this time and the unit broke after a long time but still within the coverage period. We filled in a claim which as very easy and fast, got confirmation net morning and received a check today about a week later. You have a convert. The cost was quite small compared to the cost of the dehumidifier so it was a great deal.
The warranty coverage with Costco and Allstate is phenomenal. Value is worth it. First time I've ever had to open a claim and it was so easy and smooth to get it done. Thank you to both vendors! I highly recommend purchasing the warranty from Costco. Customer service and claims representatives were very helpful!
I never received the check that was sent, so I left a bad review. I was soon contacted after leaving the review, and they were all over making sure I was pleased with the service. The lady was very friendly and said she would immediately send out another check. I should receive it in a couple of days. Very happy with this service!
