Had the plans for my sons bike. Submitted a claim online regarding brakes and within a day they provided me with an e-gift card to the store of purchase for about 90% of my purchase price (bike was just shy of two year warranty window).

It took longer than estimated time due to parts. But the online and personal customer service is excellent. My item is due back tomorrow but I don't foresee a problem
SquareTrade made it easy to process the warranty on our microwave when it failed. A description of how it failed and what steps we took to confirm it was done and a check was sent to us to replace the microwave. Have dealt with SquareTrade for a number of years with different products and have found the to be very easy to work with.
Once we finally got our TV, all was well.
