Everything we have had to put a claim on has been handle right way and to our satisfaction. Well worth the extra money. The only take away is if the product breaks during the manufacturing warranty Allstate will not take care of it until you contact the manufacturer. So if you buy a 2 year warranty you only get one year because you have to wait for the manufacturer warranty to expire. It's not 2 years from the time the manufacturing warranty expires. But payment was fast.
Good warranty to have for your product you purchased!
