Simple easy process to fill out a claim.
Solid on time repair. Quality packaging
After not knowing how to finish the claim I used Chat and the rep was great. Since it was eyeglasses claim I had to go through a separate department. He finished what he could on his end and gave me instructions to call and they walked me through the rest. It was completed and my e-gift to purchase new sunglasses was sent by email. It all took a couple of days. I had new sunglasses in less than 2 weeks. Thanks Allstate Protection for a smooth experience.
Felt like you just send it in and pray for the best. 2-5 business days turned into 8 business days. Emails are answered in a few days. I don't even know if they fixed it or replaced it. I received an email when I ask that question "was it repaired or replaced, and if repaired what was repaired". 2 days later receive reply wait till you get you item back and then you can ask that question. Everyone we worked with was helpful and personable. We appreciated their reassurance that we would get a great tv comparable to our original tv. After being told it would be 10-14 days to get the replacement we were very pleased when it arrived almost immediately. The only negative aspect to this whole process was the actual tv we received. Initially, we were told we would be offered a choice of TVs, what actually happened was it was one tv and there was no choice. We got a Hisense Roku tv.
