Had hoped never to use the protection, but when I did it was easy to use. Staff were professional and helpful answering all of my questions. New phone was on its way in a day or so and easily tracked.
It was pretty smooth pay for deductible and get your device fixed it was that simple
It took me a while to get receipt to you, but after it went thru in no time to get the matter taken care of.
They repaired the screen on my sons tablet within a few days and had it back to us fixed.
overall easy to put in and the followup from them was quick and accurate.
Waited for check for possibly 2 months because I thought the process was complete however I found I had a form to sign. After that the check came quickly. Thanks
My purchase included a one year warranty and within two wells of it expiring, I had a fatal problem with the phone. I was in a time crunch due to an upcoming vacation but your agents was very helpful in settling the claim and avoiding a big problem. I would recommend this service.
