I was not sure if the product could be fixed however, it was fixed and returned in less than 1 week.
Had a repair done on a damaged laptop by Allstate drops and spills policy. It was really fast. Much better than the manufacturer who screwed around for a month.
They were very knowledgeable and gave me credit for what I spent on the product.
I broke my glasses (well, I didn't but my son did when he stepped on my purse that was on the floor); and I was able to easily process the warranty and had the amount put on a giftcard for where I purchased them at. It was available to use within a few hours and I ordered new glasses right away! I am now a firm believer in warranty's!
