it was a very quick and easy process from beginning to end the people I dealt with were responsive and everything was handled very well from beginning to end
I always purchase one of the plans when I buy electronics for my kids. I have used the warranty repair three times now, well worth it.
So, this is my 2nd experience using the warranty. Both times I accidentally sit on my ONN tablet. Black tablet, black recliner. I contacted Allstate by email. Provided my warranty information. They provide clear instructions on how to pack your item, where to take and etc. I took to a federal express drop off at Walgreens. Walgreens provided receipt by text to my phone. My first contact was dismissive on Square Trade's part. When I reported that their so-called fix didn't work, and now the whole appliance had failed, they accepted the claim and said i could hire a repair person. Allstate honored their policy terms, reimbursed me very quickly, but caused an extended period of chaos in my home.
The long wait times on the phone with representatives, multiple calls, and the very difficult to understand accents of the staff were extremely frustrating, but in the end my phone cost was refunded in order to purchase another phone. I was happy about that. The insurance itself is a great plan.
I contacted an All-State agent and about my hoverboard warranty and my claim was handled professionally and in a timely manner. Thanks All-State!
