Very smooth, hassle free experience. Sent my laptop in for a few repair issues. It was repaired in a timely manner and shipped back in a well padded box. Repairs done as promised with paperwork showing what work was completed, as well as a detailed check list showing everything was working on the laptop before they returned it to me. My repairman was Eleazar Ramirez. Hats off!!
I was very happy with the service, respond was very fast and I received my credit very fast, but I didn't like that I had to pay a deductible, I never paid that before with your company and I didn't see anything when purchase the warranty Thank you
We received excellent service! From the black screen of death, it took a week to get the cell phone fixed. It took a couple of calls to get the repair scheduled and parts ordered. Super easy & all fixed up. Thankful I bought the policy!!

My son cracked his IPad screen and it was covered completely! Fast forward about 2months later, he cracked it again. I wasn’t sure if it was still covered since they had already replaced the screen once and it happened in such a short period of time, but it was! Just like the first time, it was fully covered and I received it back fairly quickly
My first conversation with Allstate they stated I was covered to receive a replacement cell phone. I was happy to hear that and then they said it would be shipped in 1-3 days. It took 9 days after two phone calls asking when it was going to arrive. Loving my new phone. thanks Allstate.
These plans are well worth the money you invest. They cover as they say and are fast and accurate. No hassles or problems with the coverage. Highly recommend!!
