Excellent service received. I first contacted the vendor I purchased the item from. The vendor gave me an ID # to use when I contacted Allstate. When I called Allstate, the associate was very helpful. I probably was on the phone for less than 10 minutes with Allstate associate. According to the usps tracking number, I should receive my phone Base Station today. I called Allstate on Thursday and here it is, Monday. So all-in-all, everything went well, very pleased with the results.
