Have had it applied to My Costco Purchase of Large Items and is a Great Way to protect your purchase! Highly recommended and a MUST for today's "Built in Obsolescence " Electronic Products like TV's, well everything that is expensive and bulky, not disposable stuff or things that will last as expected. I Highly Recommend from my own personal experience! FMH

Very easy to file a claim and submit receipts! The only issue I had was when I emailed customer support to ask for clarification on how much i would be reimbursed, I was given inaccurate information about my claim.
They were great. We bought a fireplace at big lots, the fireplace started not working right. Allstate sent me an email gift to replace the next day I fillled my claim
