Had an issue with my office chair. Fair-trade gave me a number of options from replacement to a monetary value to replace with an item of my own choice. I took the later which was approved within 24hrs and 2 days later I received the cheque. Outstanding customer service and highly recommended. So much so that for the first time I'm now checking on my extending warranties when taking them out to ensure they're provided by SquareTrade.
Square trade handled my claim quickly and efficiently.
I have a phone. When fixing screens they are excellent. But they have problems fixing other issues like my charging problems. Q

I've worked with SquareTrade several different times, and every time they have been so easy to work with! We use them as a warranty service for every electronic we have with the peace of mind knowing it won't be a fight or huge hassle if something breaks!

Not only they solved the issue but also gave me the best possible solution I imagined. The Dell monitor I purchased had an issue with the LCD panel that will cost me twice the price of the monitor. Square Trade reimbursed me for the monitor plus the cost of diagnostics. Great service. Highly recommended.
