Obtaining a replacement/gift card for a new airbed using the purchased warranty was pretty easy. The website was user friendly and a positive response was quickly provided. The only little thing that I needed to figure out was who the warranty carrier was. My Target receipt did not have the warranty carrier information on it nor was it provided separately. Thanks so much!
This insurance is a must for all tv purchases. They helped me try and get it back up and running. Unfortunately it was dead. Great results with reimbursement. THANKS MOHAMMED!
Have product for 8 months. Had to find another phone number to try for your company, the one on the materials just rang and rang. Your rep was courteous, directed me to Walmart, who directed me to manufacturer.
The computer was a gift for my nephew and he was very rough with it. When we sent it in to be repaired, I didn't think it was possible, but it came back in excellent condition. Great Service.
