I had No problem at all . Very helpful customer service I got a voucher to buy a new bicycle for my daughter. I would recommend to add all state protection plan to every item you buy.

I contacted the Allstate people, send them the required documentation, explained what happened and within a week I was refunded made original purchase price.
Laptop repair was completed quickly. I was worried it would take a long time since we had to send it to them for the repair but we had it back in less than a week.
My tablet was accidentally ruined and they sent me a check so I could replace it. Very friendly and efficient.
