Filed a claim on an item I purchased at Walmart and when I received the reimbursement method there was no way to use it. Tried finding answered through Walmart and no one helped. Until I contacted Allstate square trade support team. My claim is still being processed but at least I received some kind of answer about what was going on with my reimbursement method.
I typically do not buy insurance plans for most purchases...but, did so for a laptop - understanding that it is portable & that I would be carrying/moving it quite a bit. Wanted to cover myself in case of accidentally dropping it. As it turned out - in a move (from 1 home to the next) - I did in fact have accidental damage. The person I spoke with today was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He said I would receive an email today or tomorrow with the shipping information. I have been a long time square trade/Allstate customer. Mainly because they stand behind their warranty. Thank you for everything, faithful customer, Ray H.

I dropped and broke the screen on my phone.. I contacted Allstate protections to find out who and where I should go. They referred me to 2 places and I picked iResQ. After ordering the part, repairs were completed within 24 hours.
Process ended with a refund, however the process took way too long and too many emails and phone calls to get it moving forward.
