Professional treatment and very attentive.
Was reimbursed for the full cost of the freezer after I called several repair companies that couldn't get parts for it.
As my title states, i had low expectations going in with sending my controller to get fix, but i was pleasantly surprise.
We called about our fridge stop working and ended up getting a new one.
Need to much proof to show that you purchase the product
Simple easy process to fill out a claim.
Solid on time repair. Quality packaging
After not knowing how to finish the claim I used Chat and the rep was great. Since it was eyeglasses claim I had to go through a separate department. He finished what he could on his end and gave me instructions to call and they walked me through the rest. It was completed and my e-gift to purchase new sunglasses was sent by email. It all took a couple of days. I had new sunglasses in less than 2 weeks. Thanks Allstate Protection for a smooth experience.
Felt like you just send it in and pray for the best. 2-5 business days turned into 8 business days. Emails are answered in a few days. I don't even know if they fixed it or replaced it. I received an email when I ask that question "was it repaired or replaced, and if repaired what was repaired". 2 days later receive reply wait till you get you item back and then you can ask that question.
