Would have been 5 stars but I was required to have my defective ice maker in front of me. I was at work and had to continue the exercise on the following day. I picked up the ice maker and called back the following day. They requested I read them the serial number. I had taken a photo of the product the label prior to me calling in for warranty information. I could have been done in one day.
