After several conversations about the problem it was solved.I received a check in the mail. Went and found what I needed. Brought it home got it set up and it is working fine. I am very pleased with the outcome.

My grandson had only had his iPad for a few months, when it was accidentally dropped, and the front screen shattered. I contacted Allstate and within minutes I had instructions on how to start the process, including a label for the shipment. I heard right away from the Customer Service Dept that they had received it and to give them a couple of days to see what it would take to get it back in working order. I purchased extra coverage for my Lift Recliner. I made an investment in my health for comfortable accessible seating with my family! These chairs usually last many years, but occasionally do break down. My chair was not able to be repaired and Allstate Warranty had me covered! They helped me through the process and when everything was verified helped me replace my lift chair. Friendly customer service. Great communication!
