It was a great service overall. I got protection on my Samsung watch 4 and I knew that it would someday need fixing ( I'm very clumsy). In the matter of one week I received my watch like new all fixed up. They even took their time to even clean the band which I greatly appreciate. Small things matter to me :) They also made the process very simple and very helpful throughout the process.
