I appreciate that for only the price of the service plan, I was able to get a replacement TV. However, I also feel it took way too many e-mails and times confirming my address. Then on the day I was told the TV was approved for shipping, it arrived on my doorstep just hours later. I really wish I'd had more notice so I didn't have to sit and wonder if my new TV would still be there when I got home.
