I bought the computer protection insurance and was pleased after my computer went on the blink and was repaired at no charge.
It was very friendly and professional response by the Representative. He verified all information, stayed with me to understand the problem. At the end He made an arrangement to Electrician to come which He came on time as scheduled. Therefore the overall experience was excellent, Thank You.
My husband's Fitbit Versa froze and nothing that we tried worked. Went online, submitted a claim, received approval the next day and had the check within a week! The second time I've had to use an Allstate warranty and they make it so simple that I will continue purchasing them. Highly recommended!

My experience was good. It wouldve been great but there was some confusion at the beginning of the process and I had to spend two days trying to reach out to the manufacturer first...because they said I had to before they could process anything....and I didnt even end up getting ahold of the manufacturing company after two days.
