My experience with Allstate was really good. Definitely will recommend to anyone.
Within a couple days of filing a claim, I got a Sam’s Club gift card to use for another pair or glasses.
My customer service agent was great. I would have rather received a new vacuum cleaner but since prices have increased, I understand why they simply cut a check for the purchase price.
I was able to use my extended warranty plan; however, it took some time and effort. My initial call was taken by an automated AI assistant (not identified as such), and it required multiple calls to be able to speak with a human. Once I did, I was able to quickly resolve the issue and received my payment immediately.
Once I got to the right person, filing was easy and approval was instant and receiving money for claim was quick.
Filing a claim was very easy! The response was immediate! And i was very satisfied with the outcome!
I had no problem filling my claim. And I got my claim money quickly to buy my new pair.
I had the picture on my TV go out, two years old, and had the extended warranty plan. I called in the claim and after trying their fixes and sending in pictures, they replaced the TV with a brand new one. It was not the same brand but I had a choice of 3 models And these TV's were 3 years newer than mine. The complaints are minor as the TV was delivered in a timely fashion. The process was really quick and easy however the TV’s that I had to choose from don’t meet the quality of the TV that I had to replace. I would have liked to at least have the same picture quality.
