I was reimbursed the cost of grandson’s Teeltree 24 Bolt ATV. We used the Walmart emailed gift card to purchase another one for him! He is happy. The submission process, and the availability to talk to somebody on the phone, though, took me quite some time to accomplish. Other than that, it was a good experience!

After three days I still have not heard a word about my claim. I am not happy. However, it proved to me how excellent the service is with Allstate.
