The guides for the drawers in our refrigerator failed. I contacted Allstate and explained the problem. They verified my coverage and had me sent photos to verify the problem. They found out that the failed parts could not be repaired and replacements were not available. They decided to reimburse us for the refrigerator, processed the claim, and mailed us a check. I submitted a claim for cracked phone screen. Completed a quick questionnaire, uploaded a pic of my receipt, and received an email that was claim was accepted within a day. I received a check the next week. Very easy and very simple!
Overall I had a very good experience with Allstate Insurance. They were able to verify warranty and get a similar replacement tv delivered to my door. They always maintained contact with me regarding tv replacement and shipment. I recommend you keep your receipt, serial number of tv and phone them if you need so.

After I filed a claim, I was asked to ship my item in for repair. It was determined to not be repairable, and I received a full refund almost immediately.
It was good got a replacement for it from gift card 41.30 And got a new warranty 2yr for the new one On last Saturday 8/23 it worked good til today when I turned on TV no signal again No light on box and I unplugged it and unplugged TV Nothing working No TV again And also I got 41.30 And the price at store was 44.88
