My AC quit on a very hot day so I reached out to All state about my protection plan. In just a few minutes my claim was filed. That same night I got an email confirming my claim and four days later I received my check. Definitely worth the money!

Upon calling for a repair to our dishwasher, the decision was made by Allstate (Square Trade) to NOT repair and instead I was offered a monetary settlement, which I would use toward a new appliance. Considering the repair would have been expensive for Allstate and uncertain that more work wouldn't be needed, - this was a satisfactory outcome for me, after 4 years of use.
