I had a robot vacuum that stopped working. I filled out the claim information online, forwarded a copy of the receipt and was offered 3 options for resolution of my claim. The process was relatively simple and the claim was processed and resolved the same day.
Our microwave broke, and we were given a gift card for the original price in a couple days. Super easy and fast!
The person I worked with was extremely helpful. He found a repair place for my phone. When he realized it was too far away he amended the order. I found a place in town. I got it fixed, sent in the receipt and got an email verifying the check was being processed all in the same day!
