The claim took two days and there was no negative part of the process. I was able to get my replacement glasses within the week.
The technician has yet to repair my dishwasher until next week, but the replacement parts have arrived in preparation of repair. So far I am pleased with the response to my extended warranty claim. No attempt to avoid paying for this valid error code- generating issue.

Then I remembered the Coverage purchased with the laptop from Office Depot. I contacted them and they sent a prepaid shipping la bel and I sent it to Allstate. Allstate kept me updated with the repair and I had my laptop back within two weeks. Easy and painless!
