I couldn’t find my plan online so I had to call for assistance. Took 4 calls. I didn’t get my full amount paid because the guy assisted me with my claim. I should have because I have the receipt. It was close to the amount however. Took 3 days to complete and I finally found the plan they added for me from my receipt numbers 3 days later and I was able to complete my warranty claim. Also wouldn’t give me a phone number to call but helped me for support but they helped each time I had to call back.
Everything was simple fast and easy. They made this process easier for me.
I received a payout for my claim.
I'm glad I purchased an extra 2 year warranty on my watch. It just stopped working a few months after the manufacturers warranty expired. Within a few days,, they had a replacement mailed out delivered.

Submitting a claim could not be any easier. A couple of clicks and a quick explanation and SHAZAM, everything was resolved.
The final result was excellwnt, maybe the whole process was difficult, I had to contacte customers service a few times in order to get my claim completed,and also one phone call.
well it took two phone calls as the first person was both difficult to understand and quite frankly not the brightest. He kept telling me to first contact the manufacturer to which I kept telling him I am outside the 1 year manufacturer's guarantee. Kept asking for a supervisor, was told there was none. Hung up and called back, finally spoke with someone who clearly understood the issue, approved by claim and problem resolved. Will defintly look to purchase with Allstate insurance in the future.
