My HP all in one was accidently damaged. Fortunately I had purchased a warranty for it. Allstate Protection told me what to do, how to send it out, (no cost), and it was returned in short order, repaired good as new. Great job!

This has been a long drawn out affair. I don’t have time to elaborate on the entire process but previous reviews should explain the earliest frustration. I will say the gentleman that I dealt with this time was helpful and I believe my reimbursement should be on the way. With the way this whole process has worked I’ll believe it when I see it.
Several hoops to go through but my replacement tv is not as good as the original one.
I dropped my laptop off a desk. Half of the keys stopped working. To make matters worse, my charger got caught in a door as the car drove away. All I had left was the little end that plugs into the computer. I forgot to mention that in claim, but wrote it in on the item description form that you fill out and send in with your device. When it came back, everything worked and they included a new charger. Great service, would recommend!
