Upon calling for a repair to our dishwasher, the decision was made by Allstate (Square Trade) to NOT repair and instead I was offered a monetary settlement, which I would use toward a new appliance. Considering the repair would have been expensive for Allstate and uncertain that more work wouldn't be needed, - this was a satisfactory outcome for me, after 4 years of use. My product was replaced hassle free.
The customer service was top notch. The disappointment came when they sent a tracking number for my replacement TV. I was informed that the replacement TV was not eligible for a square trade insurance. Had I known this when I had an option of picking a tv, or accepting a check for $238. I would have taken the money, used it to purchase a new tv & extended warranty. Until now I've always been treated well by Allstate, but this was disappointing!
Greetings. This dishwasher has given us so many problems the last 14 months. It error codes and doesn't drain. Then it works fine. Then it error codes every wash for weeks. Then it works fine. We also had a leaking problem (that was fixed on another warranty claim in the last 14 months). Angel from Goodman Home Solutions was great. He checked everything out and said it was good. But I am uncertain. I expect that it will start error coding and not draining again.
