Easiest warranty claim ever!!
My issue was handled professionally and efficiently with a quick response.
It seems like there is a lot of different steps to get everything processed.
My old phone became unusable and was not dropped or cracked. The representative asked a few questions and said my new phone would be sent in a few days. The new phone arrived 2 days later. Quick and easy service.

My tv went out I had purchased extra insurance through AllState. I was with in my warranty. At first I felt that they were giving me the runaround because they had me try to troubleshoot it and at the end the guy told me it was unrepairable that I would receive an email on a tv replacement. It took a couple days. Then they couldn’t replace it with another Sony TV. I wasn’t pleased with the replacement. It took a couple weeks to get my total refund minus tax, years left on warranty.
