Everyone we worked with was helpful and personable. We appreciated their reassurance that we would get a great tv comparable to our original tv. After being told it would be 10-14 days to get the replacement we were very pleased when it arrived almost immediately. The only negative aspect to this whole process was the actual tv we received. Was good and pleasant experience
After trying to start the pressure washer for three days, I checked to see if the warranty was still valid. It was, and I placed a claim. I expected to send it to a repair shop. It surprised me that I was getting a check for the purchase price. It was a fast process. I don’t know if this particular model has issues, and it seems cost effective on your end to offer the refund.
Sound bar was repaired and returned to my within a week.
