My boyfriend and I were able to describe the situation about his refurbished, Apple Watch and the customer service representative accepted the claim which enabled me to purchase another refurbished watch very much, the same. We really like the product and so far the refurbished version works best for us because we don’t utilize some of the things that the newer watches offer. I like recycling rather than buying a brand new all the time . Thank you Emily Gross

I purchased the full coverage plan for the Galaxy Note 10. My wife dropped the phone a couple times and broke both sides. The claim process was fast and convenient and they referred us to a fantastic repair store nearby. We will always purchase the protection from now on.

I was so glad I bought the extended service agreement. My TV was 4 years old when it broke. I called Allstate, completed the required forms online, and received my full amount refund within a week. I bought another TV with the refund, and I also purchased another extended service agreement.
