I spent 3 months trying to get this resolved. Finally the last rep was helpful and polite but I still do not have my replacement tv

It was super service from Allstate but being 77 yrs old ,I was emailed the card. Used it at Sam's Club had a balance of $58.00 dollars but being not a techi I deleted it by mistake. People at Sam's never saw a gift card on a cell ph. So I am out of $58.00. I requested a check but was given the card by your agent who was actually very nice. Anyway if you could retrieve the $ amount I would appreciate it. FYI I cleaned my pH up before I realized what I did. Thank you, Clifford Kish
