My laptop is just over 2 yrs old and the hard drive died. I submitted a claim, was contacted shortly thereafter and shipped my laptop nx day. I got it back in about a week. Works great. Was the best 99 bucks I spent.

My 65 inch Visio was replaced with a new one and a year later it would not turn on and Square trade came out and repaired it within a weeks time .. works fine now and its still covered so what more can you ask from this company..

TV started showing light shadows along top of screen. Opened incident with Square Trade and was requested that I send photos of defect for analysis. I provided photos the next day and received a response that they had been received and I would be contacted with resolution plan or need for additional info. 2 weeks went by with no response. I contacted Square Trade again and requested status. I was told they needed a photo of full screen. I sent them the additional photo and later that day I was offered a replacement TV.
