Happy to get a refund for defective recliner bought from Wayfair. Only complaint was having to navigate through non human services that took forever and a day to get satisfaction.

There was no problem with my claim being processed and receiving my phone replacement.
Filed the claim and then had to call. It took 2 days for claim to be reviewed and service company assigned. I was supposed to receive a call, but had to keep calling to make sure claim had been reviewed. Once service company was assigned, part had to be ordered which took another week. Once part finally arrived it was repaired the next day. The process of getting a service company assigned should not take 2 days.
