Operator took the information and 4 hours later i had a code to use for my replacement vacuum.
Quick response to replace the item, but the replacement wouldn't work. They then had a second replacement sent out within just a couple of days. Very satisfied.
My son VR set wasn't working and we tried everything. I sent it to be repair and it was quick and easy. They sent it back in 1 week and working great!
