Service was fast but laptop was not wrapped at all. Just flapping around. Really, no padding? Need to do better

My cellphone would not turn on so I contacted Square Trade about the insurance I purchased. They told me to go to a local cellphone repair business here in Port Charlotte, Florida. I went back in 5 hours and it was fixed and working. I really appreciate working with Square Trade in getting my problem fixed so fast.

It is my own fault that it took so long to figure out from the Amazon.com site, how to "file a claim." I have purchased protection on most large dollar items that I saved to buy, and could not easily replace if it 'breaks.'
