I have never had an issue with squaretrade protection plans they always pay out quickly when something breaks or stops working I'm very pleased and will continue to use them for my products protection!!!

Filing the claim was very straightforward and easy. I received my answer in less than 24 hours. While filling the claim was easy, receiving my replacement Fitbit was very painful. My watch shipped locally from about an hour away from where I live. Once I received notice that the shipping label was produced my watch sat for a week before it moved again.
