I contacted call state to let him know my phone had broken. There's a form you fill out online. I made it here with the type of phone I have and didn't realize it till I got to the repair shop that I picked up. I called the number on the form and talk to him and they corrected it right away and I was able to get my phone fixed within 24 hours. I didn't have to mail my phone then I took it to the repair shop that I've comfortable with easy very easy

It's a No Brainer for me. I'd rather purchase it and have it then Not Need It Than to Not Purchase it and Need IT.
It took me over six months to actually complete the claim. I'd begun and even had the shipping label printed. Then my husband had data safety issues he needed help with at a computer shop and took his (same style, same date purchased) in where they discovered his battery was ballooning. I had brought mine along for their opinion and the battery on mine was the same, in addition to the hinge that had always been tight/sticking had cracked within 6 months and I could no longer close it. My all in one HP computer would not turn on. I bought it 2 years ago and also insurance. On YouTube several videos said it was a common problem with that model. I had kept the box and packaging and they emailed me a label. I sent it via FedEx and they fixed and returned it in a week or so. There were files on it that I didn't back up so I was really happy. It's working well now.
