I had my phone repaired and returned to me in 3 days.
We purchased a SquareTrade warranty when we purchased our printer. A month before the end of the warranty the printer would not print. We called SquareTrade and they honored the warranty and replaced the product. Excellent service!

Have never had such a totally satisfactory experience, especially with an insurance company. Am so satisfied I am telling anyone who will listen. I will always try to get a square trade policy for anything I buy. WOW! Talk about perfect! No, I am not connected with square trade and don't know anyone who is.
