Only issue I have is that it took a lot of time to be notified that my item was not fixable. I wish I had been notified by them instead of me having to contact them to inquire about my claim.

Two experiences with two different agents, both positive. Ultimately my daughter's Chromebook was fixed. Free overnight shipping both ways to a repair facility and I had the computer back within 5 business days. SquareTrade was a good value and I would purchase it again!

Called Square Trade about the warranty on my laptop. Their Customer Service was excellent. We tried a home fix first but it did not work. So I was given detailed information on what would happen next. Received the box and packing material's via FedX within 3 business days. Followed instructions that where included in the packing material's and sent it to be repaired. There was a tracking number included with the return label so I could follow the laptop's progress.
