Filed the claim, and it approved. 3 days later I was informed a replacement was not available, and refund will be issued. 5 day later check was in my hand.

1. AllState has copies of claim, right? Why do they have to ask the policyholder for a copy? 2. After all the paperwork hunting, they refund a lesser amount than the value of the insured item
