My issue was addressed immediately and I received my reimbursement check within 5 business days. The insurance agent was very articulate and made the process simple and hassle free.
Bought the Squaretrade/Allstate 5yr extended warranty on my appliance package (microwave, range, dishwasher and fridge) and it has been the best protection plan ever. At 4yrs, my LG fridge icemaker froze up. Two visits from service techs and they (techs and Allstate) deemed it beyond economical repair...then SquareTrade/Allstate offered me the brother to my fridge as a replacement. Refund was easy and approved fast.
Easy but for reference, you only get replacement of the the damage part specifically. Mine was the Firbit itself without the bracelet since my claim was damaged screen.
I simply explained what was going on, submitted my claim and received approval in 1 day!
Allstate responded immediately to my claim and within a little over a week once it was determined that a repair couldn’t take place, I had my refund. The small cost for the insurance was more than worth it because they definitely came through for me.
easy online claim but deductible is a bit high to replace iPhone's screen, not as competitive compare to taking it to a local store, which would be the same price without insurance.
They were quick to give and get my information to file a claim
