Easy fast and friendly experience
I had my main tv go out and of course drove straight to the store for a new one. While registering my new protection plan for the new tv, I found out I had a policy on the old one. Wow, how dumb am I? Well I called in for help and could not ask for a better experience. The very nice lady walked me through the process, and determined they would try to fix the old one. Operator instructed me to try reset and diagnose problem. Verified that TV would not power up. Submitted claim for replacement. Just waiting for the arrival of the replacement.
