It took 2 months before a comparable TV was available to select. All the TVs they were showing me on the website were cheap and/or didn't have the same features as my original TV. When one finally appeared I selected it right away. No complaints about customer service.

I called and spoke to I think a David after I uploaded the receipt of our iPad and he completed the claim. Because we couldn’t get through on the website. Very pleased with my experience. It was back in my hands within one week. You outdid yourselves SquareTrade! Thank you!!!

When my grandson accidentally dropped his tablet, I remembered that I bought a protection plan when I purchased the tablet. Buying the plan was the smartest thing I did because now the tablet is repaired and can be used again. The process was easy. I know the next time I purchase an expensive item, I will purchase another SquareTrade Plan.

The technical support was great, and when he realized that my printer was not able to be repaired, Square Trade came through with a full refund of the purchase price... as promised!
