I alwasy use All-state for all my devices and computers. Absolutely the best service!
The warranty claim I had was paid, and the process quite easy.
I thought that the process of making a claim would be a pain in the neck, and it wasn't. Within 5 minutes I had received a refund credited to my account! People are warned about eating money but by spending $3.99, I got 7 times that in a refund and have that too replace my item.
I didn’t need it until almost the end of my coverage but I’m glad I did make the purchase because I definitely ended up needing now my laptop is back working as normal
After having my laptop for almost 3 years (purchased through Costco) it decided to break. I contacted Allstate and walked through some steps with a technician. The tech I worked with was friendly, professional, and very helpful. After going through some steps (testing) we could not find an issue. So, I was asked to send my laptop to them for testing. The person who attended to me was very polite and knows what was doing in order to get a solution. She knows very well her jobs in order to get a solution she is amazing
Coverage for our kid’s laptop was excellent. Our kid will be able to use his laptop for more years thanks to timely repair and service provided by Allstate. Highly recommend.
Everything went great. I explained what hapoened. The person I spoke to was caring, understanding. I was surprised when I was asked to pay $50 because my Consumers Cellular representative said it will be free
I dropped my Apple Watch and cracked the screen! I contacted them they sent me a shipping label, I sent my watch off a had it back within a couple of days!!! Fast and great service! I would highly recommend to friends!!!
