I don't usually buy a warranty on a computer printer, but did. I had even forgotten I had a warranty, but my printer stopped working and I checked my paperwork on it and sure enough I had an extended warranty through Square Trade. It happened in a timely way, as the warranty actually was set to expire in about 2 months. My experience was excellent and quick in solving the problem which was not so complicated but I never had such a quick reply even it was late in the evening.

SquadeTrade was perfect, fast and helpful. All infos and process sent quickly. The 5th star is missing because I do not know what was defective in my device, no explanation on the repair

People I spoke with were very focused on solving my issue and my camera was fixed in two days and sent back to me. Excellent service and responsiveness. Camera appears to be working fine.
