We purchased a message chair from Walmart and during sale, we were recommended to purchase a product protection coverage by Allstate Protection Plan. The item had good reviews but had mechanical issues and replacement parts were not available. A new model would cost twice as much and was the new replacement of that model. After claim and review with options, Allstate covered the initial cost of the item and responded in a timely manner. Thank you Allstate and Walmart sales staff.

Almost forgot I had this plan for my furniture. Decided to put in a claim and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was. I was able to do everything online and received pretty quick update and resolution. Maybe I'm easily impressed, but I was impressed nonetheless.
The fact I didn't have to jump through so many hoops to get my computer taken care of is amazing. I will definitely always get the protection plan again. Thank you.
My Fitbit stopped working and once I got to the Allstate side, it went so smoothly and quickly. Very fast responses and great guidance.
I open the computer and realized didn't turning the computer off when I broke the screen. And it works fine for a couple days. And then turn it back on it didn't have service. Can get service on this computer. Wifi doesn't work. With every else wifi is good around My house. So can't turn it on.
When I purchased a robot vac, I added a protection plan. When that vac stopped working, I remembered that protection plan and reached out. Within an hour, I was reimbursed almost all of my purchase price which I was able to use for a replacement. Easy and worth it.
